Registration

To be published in the APICS 2022 Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For an author with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for 1 paper. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the APICS 2022 Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore®.

NB: The registration fee includes the presenter fee and the publication fee. For Local Author/Presenter (*), presenter fees, and publication fees would pay separately. The presenter fee should pay via Payway UNS. And the publication fee should pay via Bank Transfer. Meanwhile, For International Author/Presenter (**), the presenter fee is included in the publication fee (payment should pay via PayPal).

Six pages per regular paper and four pages per short paper are included in the publication fee.

An extra page fee will be applied if more than six pages.

Payment Method

Participants are encouraged to register earlier in advance to get benefits from early registration fees. Regular registration remains a further available option. Please refer to important dates for your time consideration. Early registration is available before August 12, 2022.

Registration Rate

Presenter Fee for the 1st International Conference on Smart Technology, Applied Informatics, and Engineering (APICS) is IDR750,000

    1. The registration fee covers seminar materials and attendance to all technical sessions.
    2. The registration fee covers one participant and one paper only. Multiple authors who are attending must register separately, and those who are not presenting should register as Participant (non-author/non-presenter).
    3. Payment should be made after the invoice is generated following the acceptance notification.
    4. The exact amount, as stated on the invoice, should be paid.
    5. Payments are nonrefundable.
    6. Participants are responsible for transfer fees and bank charges.
    7. At least one author for each accepted full paper must register.
    8. The publication fee refers to type of participants above for each paper.

The registration/presenter fee payment is paid via Virtual Account (VA),
no later than August 12, 2022.
