Author Guidelines:

1. Prospective papers should be written in readable and plain English and between 4 to 6 pages. Submitted papers will be carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition. Each paper will be reviewed by three program committee members. Papers that do not conform to the requirements may be rejected without review.

2. Accepted papers will be presented in parallel sessions and will have two options for publication. According to the technical program committee recommendations, accepted and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion into either one of following publications:

2.1. Proceeding will be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library, which is submitted for indexed by SCOPUS.
2.2. Indonesia National Journal (Indexed SINTA) : IJAI

The paper will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and El (2.1) should be formatted according to the IEEE guidelines (authors using Latex be sure to use the template’s conference mode, the IEEE MS Word A4 template is available here to download) and submitted electronically.

Whereas, the paper that passes the selection (2.2) must be adjusted to the destination publication template IJAI guidelines.

3. Only papers presented at the conference will be included in the official electronic proceedings of APICS 2022. Papers submitted, but not presented, will not be published in the official proceedings and in IEEE Xplore®. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference, including IEEE Xplore® Digital Library if the paper is not presented by the author at the conference.
