Submission

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit an or some original and unpublished papers that fulfilled the following guidelines:

  • Papers should be written in readable and plain English and between 4 to 6 pages.
  • The paper must be using IEEE Paper format, to download the IEEE Paper format template click here.
  • Language: English is the working language of the conference. If English is not your native language, please have your papers read by a native English speaker, or seek online services of proof reading to improve the language of your papers. Please note that your paper is subject to further review and it may be rejected if it is deemed that English of your paper is not acceptable.
  • Paper submission is done through the I-KAIGI Conference System or Easychair APICS 2022. If you already have an account for I-KAIGI Conference System just login with your existing account. If you don’t have an I-KAIGI Conference System account you can register on the I-KAIGI Conference System Registration Page or during the paper submission process.

             1. Sign up as I-KAIGI user.

                Note: The I-KAIGI will automatically send an e-mail for confirmation after you have created a User/I-KAIGI Account.

                If you can not find the confirmation e-mail, it may have been sent to your spam box.

             2. Log in the I-KAIGI to proceed your submission

  • We only accept submissions through I-KAIGI Conference System. Submission through email address should be considered as a scam. Watch the author guidelines video to create your I-KAIGI Conference System or download the infographics  below

SUBMISSION VIA EASYCHAIR until August 18, 2022

1.  Sign up as Easychair user

2. Log in the APICS 2022 easychair submission

Final Manuscript (Camera Ready)

Before uploading the final version (camera ready) of your paper we kindly ask you to verify if your PDF is compatible with IEEE Xplore. IEEE offers a service for checking the PDF compatibility:

First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users – Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
    • 56469X for the Conference ID
    • your email address
    • a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

 

An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

 

Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same
password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

No-show policy

The paper may exclude authors who do not present their paper from further publication if the presenter does not attend the virtual conference (via zoom).
